i cant get onto it through a proxy server but the trackers are appearing offline and wont let me download anything off website

I really hope this site resolves whatever problem they're having soon. I refuse to browse their content through a slow proxy.

Post here what URL, U are using.?

Seems like everyone is using a Proxy to access the site, U can Browse but U cannot D/L the Torrent to initiate with your BT Client.:frusty::frusty:

Because the tracker is also down for non-Bulgarians, but you can't announce via CGI proxies. Using open ones works for some, though.

Not sure what exactly what U mean here?.....Can U D/L or not using proxies?

You can login to the tracker through a CGI proxy, and also be able to announce (i.e. download or seed) using one of the open Bulgarian HTTP proxies listed here in uTorrent:
http://www.samair.ru/proxy/type-01.htm

Although they don't always work for everyone (for example, me).
