I'm trying to remember the name of a Japanese photographer. He did a guest lecture when I was at university in 2002 and I think the name of the book he did was something along the lines of 'Yellow contemporary girls'.
It was semi-erotic, and he uses props like shiny high heeled shoes...

I've been trying to find his name on Google, but there's too much information to go through (you can imagine some of the results that come back..)

Does anyone have any idea who I am talking about?

Did some random gewgling and the name Ken Ichi Murata popped up. But the odds of it being him are pretty fucking steep, there has to be a gazillion guys doing that kind of phtography in Japan.

Yeah, I doubt it's that guy, just had a look at some of his work.
