BS player codec help

BS player won't play HD movies. I installed the codecs seperatly and also did iy within the player download and both didn't take. It keeps saying I need ffdshow. this is strange cause I downloaded kmplayer and it worked fine. I uninstalled reinstalled it not sure what else to do

thats odd,try unistalling again,remove traces from the registry and program files,than reinstall

try installing klite codec. It supports many formats

KLite codec pack skips a lot of good codecs these days.
