I believe you have to keep trying, ask someone to check periodically maybe they will make some free room.

you can ask for a Thevault invite on IRC: irc.theplace.bz, channel: #thevault-invites

This wont help, they closed irc invites. Suggestion just wait and in 2010 maybe they'll open signup.

They have but the site is constantly full.
I'm waiting over a month to invite someone there.
