One More Hl2 Question

Ok so I downloaded the 1.36G file, there's 100 rar's in it, my question is:

Do I just distract the contents in each rar to a directory? like c:\programs\hl2?

use winRar (winAce wouldnt do it for me) to extract the first of the rar's into a directory...this will extract them all into their correct places

is that kinda like how the .001 .002 etc files are wher eu just click on one of them and go on open with winrar and it does everything for u

ok thanks, how long is this goign to take, and will this game run OK (im not expecting anything over 20 or 30fps if that) with 700mhz geforce 4?

take his advice and twist you have no authoritie to call them noobs. but if you have problem its not really worth all the hassle. just wait till it comes out.
