Where can i find warez stuff superfast

I am looking for a site preferably with an rss-feed that announces, not necessarily carries, the latest breaking releases, so i can search the release-titles and find links for them.
But mostly i need to be informed that they are dropping right this moment.
The only thing i know at the moment is:
http://beta.xldr.net/ but that has too much and does not inform me properly about the newest stuff.
So can anybody help me?

hmm well that is a a pre database right but what i really need is a feed that keeps me updated and alert
the predb is just to big to find something that you do not specifically look for

i have them on my rss and they are not quick enough and they have mostly tv
i need tv and movies
