You should check LeechThree, which was posted on this board (although it didn't work for me). Ares is also a good idea.

If what you're really looking for is a way to get single tracks and not necessarily an app, BeeMP3.com and MP3ZR.com can help.

Ares is indeed great for single tracks. Too bad for the fake files, but once you learn to avoid them it's smooth sailing.
