Ok, im using TMPGEnc to encode my movies to Mpeg format and although
it works well most of the time, it's having trouble lately with films with ac3 audio.
I know most people use TMPGEnc but is there any similer quality encoders about?
Any suggestions are appreciated :)
Thanks.

Mainconcept mpeg encoder, converts .avi's to mpeg1, mpeg2, vcd, svcd and dvd, also you can split the file so you can fit it on ordinary 700mb cdr's.

tempeg is good, just need to setup your vfapi settings

whats important is the settings you have, not the one you don't have.
