The 2004 in french is not ready you can get the old version in french from here

Is it a plugin, or the entire software you are talking about?

As much as I know it&#39;s not a free software so takin into account that your link is from the developper&#39;s site, I&#39;ll probably get a dodgy version <_< .

Is not a plugin ,is the previous version of Dreamweaver ,you must register to download it but you can register with a dodgy e-mail like [email protected] you got the trial you go to andr and get the crack for the french version.
