Thanks for the link Tv Controls you and sorry I don't know the whole etiquette about invites... don't have that much free time.
If I had any I wouldn't have an issue giving away some don't know what the whole fuss is about, just requested in case someone had any spare.

Not yet... I had to work today unfortunately... from a quick look I had it's mostly things I already know e.g. transcoding, lossless vs lossy etc. so hopefully it won't be too hard.
