Did Demonoid filter RO ip's ?
i get a blank page when i try to connect

Canada used to be banned from Demonoid.. so its not completely impossible (once they moved their services to another country though, the ban was lived)

except that Demonoid has been forced to block canadian traffic by the CRIA (Canadian Recording Industry Association).

Even i get a blank screen. And even when registering a year back i had faced issues while signing up,until i selected Ireland as my country(when im from INDIA) and only then could i successfully register

I've just tried using a .ro proxy and it worked. So either they don't ban Romania and it's a network problem, or they forgot that proxy's IP range.

Nah, something really strange is going on. Im .nl and im getting a blank page aswell. When i use a proxy it works fine. So i dont know whats going on.

edit: unless BREIN managed to get it blocked before it was up.

Not really, in that case I wouldn't be able to access it either. Remember they're only testing the new code, so glitches like this can be expected.

Tells me my password is invalid, when I click forgotten Pword it goes to a blank screen.

Switching from your ISP's DNS servers to a dedicated free service such as OpenDNS or Google's if you haven't done so already would be worth a try.
