Hi everybody,
just wanted to know if there were new rules regarding access to the invite section, as I can't access it, while it seems that I have the min requirements regarding to the rules.

ok it seems my problem is finally solved. Don't know where the problem came, but everything's fine now :)

It's normal.
Unfortunately, the way it works is:
You must make minimum 2 posts.
You must be a member minimum of 15 days.
You are then upgraded 30 minutes after the next time you log into the site after being a member for 15 days. I cannot fix this, it's the way vBulletin works.

this really explains that section well as it answers my question aswell. I am not new to the sharing scene but am to this site. It was suggested by a good friend of mine. this explains much. THANKS!

You must be a member minimum of 15 days.
You are then upgraded 30 minutes after the next time you log into the site after being a member for 15 days. I cannot fix this, it's the way vBulletin works.
I meet those requirements, but can't acccess any of the threads:
Spaceboy, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
3. If you are trying to use the BitTorrent Invites Section read here.
What gives?
I see no stars under your nickname. Perhaps you're in the Bounced usergroup? If so, all you need to do is changing your registered e-mail address to a different, working one, and reconfirm your account.

Rule is under discussion, though most probably it will revert back to 20 or 30 posts plus one month activity.

I changed my registered email yesterday. How do I reconfirm my account?
An e-mail message with a confirmation link should have arrived to your new address - click it and you're done.
If you haven't received the message wait until a Manager sees your post and manually confirms your account.

Hello. Sorry to post here but I have a problem. I have meet the requrements for send pm's and post in trade section, but I can't do that. Why ??
You need to wait 15 days since your registration date - currently, only 8 days have passed.

The fact that you sell invites anywhere precludes the possiblity that I can allow you to obtain them here ( to sell elsewhere).

It means that since you cannot provide any assurance that you aren't going to sell elsewhere what you obtain here you won't be able to do anything here but post.

thats all. if the people want to trade with me, its their own responsibility. as they know that person might trade that acc also.

And no, we are not going to allow you to obtain invites here from good people and then go sell them elsewhere.

You won't be able to get invites under any circumstance at FST, be it via giveaways or trades.
Any invite that you're given will mean you are seriously jeopardizing your inviter, which by turn is a member of this community.
So, we've taken a preventive action and removed your PM privileges.

because u need to become giveaway ONLY forum if u want to keep your member safe.

No we aren't dealing with absolutes and can only attempt to try and do the best we can under less than ideal circumstances.
Although tbh it would be a fuck of a lot easier if self -involved people like you would cease to exist.

Should've kept that to yourself, now your privileges to see the invite areas are gone and the staff here will ban any new accounts you make to bypass this measure. :frusty:
Well at least he was honest, I'll give him that. Better than having a seller deceptively cavorting around the forums.

But you, I am for sure you are a seller. I have evidences of your sales at other places, so, in a nutshell, Idol was being nice with you.
Now, cut the rhetorical crap, what was done was perfectly acceptable and in line with FST's community best interests.

Well that is a turn up for the books, seller/trader that thinks trade is bad, they are usually so busy defending themselves and what they are doing.
A refreshing point of view, but sadly no wanting sellings here..........

I've met the requirements, but still can't send pm's or access the invites section....
Make two useful posts so that you have 20, and the system should promote you after a while. :)

I believe the current requirements are ten posts and 15 days as a member. Is that still right?
