I just saw this movie the other day and the director did an amazing job on it. The camera shots really took up the suspense and the way he unveiled certain aspects of the story line little by little in such ingenious ways way purely brilliant. Of course Christian Bale gave a stellar performance and his physical difference between this movie and American Psycho is unbelievable....
In short WATCH this movie

I've never heard of the movie and I can't find it on IMDB. Could you give me a link with its info?

I may have to rewatch it. I don't remember much, but Bale lost a lot of weight for the role.

This was a pretty good movie if you liked Fight Club and Memento. You'll find it in torrent engines as "The Machinist", not The Mechanist.

He was immersed into the role. Pure method acting.
