It depends on the survey. Sometimes I like to emphasise certain aspects in order to make the survey more...err reflective.

I often just put the phone down or pretend to be from Outer Mongolia if it is a street survey.

Pet hate = survey that is an intro to try and sell my me shite.

I lie (yes) just to screw up their nice little marketing charts, the latest one was a marketing questionaire on a new name for a local power company, do I care ? how about rip offs r us that'd be a good name for you pack of thieving toerags!
