My last few posts with JBinUp seemed fine from my end, but never seemed to post correctly on AW and were never indexed after the first few files.

Before that I tried two or three of the Yenc versions (there are too many to remember). One kept crashing and the other worked but only allowed 4 threads.

I need an easy GUI that works in Win7 x64. Hopefully something that can open more than 4 threads so I can rock my full bw.

Ya know, I really hate to bring this up, but when exactly was the 'wait on any microsoft OS until sometime after the first service pack' edict recended?

Plus, of course, that goes double for the 3rd party folks making programs for the aforementioned OS. Just a thought!

Of course, virtually all of my machines (except one) is running W2K. So bloody stable I have to remind my self every 2-3 months to give them a 'kick in the rear' reboot.

Again, just a thought!

Oh, btw, I use yencPowerPost on both w2k and vista without any problems whatsoever; the only drawback is, of course, no SSL.

Yes you can have SSL in PowerPost only takes a sTunnel and about 60 seconds of your time...

Yenc powerpost works perfect in Win7 on my end x86, weird/slowmo startup but after that works like a charm :) I wrote a guide to use sTunnel and yENC for SSL, take only about a minute or so to set up...yenc has never failed me :)

Used this once or twice, but I normally use PP

Good info on the SSL/yencPowerpost, just that my ISP *DSL) hasn't deemed to use 'network management' to fool around with the users connections, whatsoever, so I simply haven't been forced to look into any 'solutions'.

But I'll keep it in mind, as that ISP is due to be sold sometime in the next several months, depending upon the regulators.
