I was not sure. After doing a search I did read it was no longer up but I also found a login page.... http://85.17.226.223/auth.asp

If I remember correctly, TextbookTorrents died long ago. Their old URL redirects to an unrelated site that's not the tracker. Here's a list of other e-learning trackers:
