Uninstall Help Please

i want to uninstall a program that i dont use to free up some space, but there was no uninstaller built in, and the program doesnt show up when i go to the control panel -> remove programs. how do i get rid of it?

fyi, the program is High Heat 2003 and i dled it off of kazaa lite.

Just delete the High Heat 2003 folder from Program Files, or where ever it is. Then delete the shortcuts you have. And if you'd like, download Ultra WinCleaner 2002 (Kazaa Lite, 924KB) and use it to remove any registry entries the game might have left.

Another way would delete it from program files, then run System Mechanic. There its gone. :P
