Looking For A Program

I looking for a program that a can place a background then add a text poem and be able to save as bmp or jpg. Would be nice if program has own background that would be suitable for my use. Fancy fonts would also help. Thanks for any help from nice people no thanks for smart remarks sorry.

you could do this just with ms paint, just open a new image or make one then copy the text from the text file and paste, 'save as' whatever - is that what you mean ?

edit - for the fonts, i'm sure there are some packs on kl-lite etc and loads of sites with them too
