hey guys yesterday i recieve a warning email from singnet, my service provider

i used bittorrent to download the stuffs, and i was wondering is there really a way to hide from these idiots, damn, and if i were to delete off this shit from my PC will i be safe already?

use nova torrent, which you can change its ports to other ones

use ports 10000 and above

those damn isp have locked all the common file sharing ports, kazaa, emule, bittorrent, and so on

i got all of my ports above 10000 so when my isp do the regular scans of my traffic they can't find shit.

also change your ip address every day.

I never got any shit from my isp this way

how am i to change my IP address?
cause if i were to change the usual way, i.e. to log out and log in, into the internet
it does change but what is the point, our service provider still knows the IP address which you are using


and thanks for the info on changing my port to above 10000, this is quite useful

well if you are like me, on high speed dsl and uses a router that spoofs mac address... :rolleyes: *grins*

You go into K-Lite options, then Firewall and change the port settings there. :)

now what i had did, is that i had changed the port to 10,000 to 10,005

hope that port could cover up detection for now

i went to pref, and then changed the port to 10000 to 10005 :)
