if i think bread is old - i can&#39;t eat it - gets in my head then tastes bad (even if it really isn&#39;t).

I had pasta with mozzerella and chopped tomatoes for dinner. And chicken nuggets. Luckily I have some pasta left over for breakfast. I always find a savoury breakfast really wakes me up. As opposed to the cup of tea and a cigarette I normally make do with.
