My account at BTMusic has been deleted due to inactivity. Is there any way to recover it? Unfornately their IRC only allows members to join and so I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

it depends LubTheStaringCat, if you are polite and you find a reason for that inactivity it will be good :).

It's rather difficult to recover an account that isn't in the database.

You can't recover something that's gone. Are you sure it's deleted? Maybe it's disabled instead? In that case you can always send e-mail them, I think the address was [email protected].

The admin might be able to reinvite him, but how will they be able to determine if he did indeed had an account there if there's no proof since it got deleted from the database?

Thanks all for the tips. I e-mailed them at [email protected] (that's the address I saw at another post) , let's see what happens...

Thanks.

My invitee was disabled for inactivity, but his account was still in database for two months, and only after that it was deleted.

If your account was disabled due inactivity in the first week on the tracker then it's impossible to recover it. In the other cases you have a chance. Good luck, man with 3 posts ;)

How does his FST postcount affect the chance of getting his BTM account back?

Usually FST memebrs with low postcount are:

Traders (most likely)
FST newbies (ehm...)
Lurkers (like me)

Anyway, it's statistical information, ads as you prolly know there're lie, bige lie, huge lie, and statistics  I really wish our 3-post topicstarter was a newbie or lurker.

I guess you forgot to add 'people who don't really care about filesharing forums while downloading their music'?

b3owulf is suffering from the anti-trader complex (all newcomers are either traders, scammers, or dupe acc. makers), don't pay attention to what he says.

Not a dupe account, new thread starters are always scrutinized.

@OP: espero que consigas resolver isso, porque pelos vistos as contas ainda ficam no sistema umas semanas antes de serem apagadas.

Where did I say that OP is a trader? Find a pair of good glasses, amigo.
