Yes, PTP and PTPC are the same, PassThePopcorn. They restricted invites to Elite members and above, if I remember correctly.

I seem to get invites without donating but then I have donated in the past.

If you're talking about IPT, I have a couple of them. I used to have like 6 or 8 and they removed most of them, but still I find them quite easy to come by.

Power Users = 1 invite/month ( if 1 invite not used, next month system will not give another invite, so better use it and get a fresh invite next month ) !

so still power users may invite new members.
