Newshosting Speed Issue

I've just started using Usenet, managed to get everything set up including a subscription at Newshosting. Using Alt Binz.

I started downloading last night with 600kbps which is great speed for me. Only problem is today starting in the morning the connection slowed down to a max of 30kbps, and when you're trying to get a 16gb group of files with 12gb done it does frustrate.

I've tried other ports that Newshosting suggets but no change at all. Downloading through the web browser and non Usenet programs is fine no problems. So it's either a server problem or I'm being throttled. And on top of that I can't log into the Newshosting site even though I have the right login info (used forget password thing, still not working). Worth noting that Alt Binz says it can connect to Newshosting with my info.
