FileMP3 is going down, so their staff is offering unlimited invites to FilePost (yes, they added an invite system) on their forums. Check the sticky thread in the off topic section.

Yes, due to lack of funding and interest. They only have 12 torrents now, whereas FilePost added a music category with 427 torrents.
