Is this site dead now?

Domain is parked even though it was renewed for another year early this month, and the site is unresponsive at its former IPs. Let's hope they haven't kicked the bucket as this is a very old and underrated tracker (but maybe that's why it happened).

I did used to have an account there. I hadn't really used any torrent sites so was seeing if I was still a member!

With the domain gone, trying to reach them via IRC or e-mail is also impossible. Best you can do is keep checking.
