I use SubDivX, but that's for Spanish subtitles. Assuming you're looking for English ones, I've seen people speak well of these sites:

Yeah...Sudivx is a Great Web for spanish subtittles.
another site that I recommend is argenteam.net
In SubDivx not need to register to download subtitles in Argenteam if you need to register
