Can't Drag & Drop Icons

On Win7 x64 Ultimate. Don't know what I did or how I did it, but I cannot drag and drop any icons anymore. Solution? :unsure:

Did you try rick clicking the executable file and clicking create shortcut?

Yes. And I just tried sorting my bookmarks toolbar and I can't move them around either :idunno:

Not sure if you've tried this yet but from a quick bit of googling restarting your computer often fixes it.

I would try that first perhaps.

IF you want to do a quick work around. Point one of your current icons at the exe your trying to make a shortcut to.

Your shitting me ? I tease as Win7 has been bugging me when installing programs , I get some weird security mark on my program short cut .

I tried TuneUp icon fixer , change icon thru right click properties ,or repair Icon Cache . Bloody hell, I restart and problem solved . I hate Windows . :)
