This place used to be hopping from what I remember last year. Now there are maybe 10 new posts a day in the general bittorrent section.

What gives?

I'd say the figure is a bit higher than that

Count the "today" posts on the right. I count 10 unless my math is off.

There used to be a ton of today posts back in the days.

Any logical reason for this?

At most, that'll tell you how many threads have been posted on today - there could be 1000 new posts on a single one...

You are still not getting my point. I understand there can be 1000 posts on one particular thread, but I am just reminiscing about the old days.

Is there another site that members are flocking to? This is more of a concern to me than anything as this site got me into bittorrents and downlaoding back in my Winmx days.

General Bittorrent 10 "today" posts. Of course there are more posts within those threads I understand that.

My question is merely a concern for the site, as I remember back in the days you would have a bunch more posts to say the least. Like for instance the mod(I think he was a mod) with the Texas Longhorn sig. Is he still around?

Maybe I am just getting old lol.

That's his name thank you!

Maybe the bittorrent crowd is thinning out and finding different ways....?

No, the forum has split in many sections to make it easier to browse.
If you click the new posts button, you will see how much activity this site really has.

Sometimes I just sit here and let the sheer irony percolate in my being like finely ground arabica beans in spring water.

Then I usually bang my head against the wall a few times.
