Video Player With A Zoom Like A Dvd Player

I wanna use all my screen surface waching movies on my computer without changing the ratio ( 4/3, 16/9 ), so the video doesn't get awfully stretched.
I've got this feature on my dvd player ( You can choose betwen X2, X3, X4 zoom)

Is there any video player who could do that?
