Torrent Tunez has now been open for 1 week. Give it a chance. This is a music only tracker. If there is something you want and you cant find it then feel free to post your requests in the forum. All the site asks is you seed anything you take for 1 hour and maintain a global ratio of above 0.35.

Is it scene releases? Which genre is most prevalent?

edit: I had a look. It's scene releases and mostly electronic music right now (house/trance etc) for anyone wondering.

I think people would be more inclined to sign up if you added more detailed information to your original post.

OK there is no specific genre. It is all kinds of music, Trying to fill all categorys as much as possible.

I should also point out that torrent tunez works on global ratio. But seed time is 1 hour minimum.

I think that's a pretty lax required seeding time, especially on a small site, isn't it?

We prefer global ratio. The 1 hour is just so there is no H&R. Although there will always be H&R grrr. If people dont seed for 1 hour it is instant ban.

I understand but with the smaller site there's going to be an increase in the frequency with which torrents are downloaded. So user X could come along, snatch it, then seed for an hour. But User Z doesn't get on the site until a couple of hours later and he is the only other guy interested in downloading it. The original seeder could've already hopped off it by then, too.

I like the idea where you have to seed at least 7 days within 21 days. That means that you could potentially keep the torrents alive and seeded more for longer. :)

Heyaa guyz n grlz... we've come up with a few changes in the site rules:

1. 72 hr seeding per torrent rule is gone. Now there's a minimum global ratio rule of 0.50.
This means that your overall ratio(shown on top of every page) should always be above 0.50

2. To help you guys get used to new ratio rule and to boost ratios, all torrents on site have been put to freeleech till 1st Feb 2011.
