Invites: Closed and no user invites. Opens signups occasionally.

Free leech: First eps, some packs, some others, and has a bonus point system. Summer bonus of 150gb upload but you missed it :P

Notes: Has a Download, adopt, seed system where you need to keep five or more torrents seeding. This means they have good retention.

Agreed, the difference with BTN is too big to rate TvTorrentz' content just 1 point below. And that made me realize TvT.com's content rating was also a bit too high. The rest is consistent with what I've read and has been updated as well as the stats. :)
