STMusic is not really "up" so to say. The tracker doesn't seem to work at all, even if you manage load the page after 34324234 refreshes.

STMusic seems back up again, but that doesn't have to mean anything, since it usually won't stay up for long unfortunately.

What and Waffles are excellent general music trackers, with a ton of content, but they are invite only. Filemp3 is another general music tracker worth mentioning, strictly scene mp3s, has been around for ages. Don't know if it's still open though. The are quite a few great specialised music trackers out there, e.g. for electronic music, but as far as general trackers are concerned, especially when it comes to strictly scene mp3s, there really aren't that many options these days.

If you don't care about scene mp3s, and just want music, you could check out Demonoid also. Rather easy to join, and a huge music archive, including a lot of lossless content. Demoinoid is rather underrated when it comes to music.
