I suggest better proof of seeding to the extreme would be a screenshot of your client showing the oldest torrents on it.Lots of people with seedboxes achieve huge ratios by only seeding for a couple days( I'm on a box and still have some from 2008:O ).
Also since it's a music site maybe some proof of your music collection.

Yes. This is essential before I'd even consider anyone for an invite. What are your listening habits? Favourite genres, favourite bands etc.

Music genres are mostly hard rock/heavy metal. I'll list some artists.

Anthrax, Alice in Chains, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Faith no More, Megadeth, Fear Factory, Death, Twisted Sister, Pantera, Down, Nine Inch Nails

and so on... I also believe a well organized private tracker would be a good place to expand on that, since I'm pretty openminded about my music.

About the "seed to the extreme" thing.
Apart from a couple of tv shows from freshon.tv, I haven't been downloading much from private trackers.
