Offshore Hosting

I was wondering if any of you guys knew of good, reliable offshore hosts.

I honestly don't care about prices at the moment. I'm just looking for a nice host that is very reliable and is 'tracker-friendly'.

If the host is from Sweden, then that would help me out a lot.

This is The Pirate Bay's host, and I think some of the Pirate Bay admins have a hand in running the hosting too. It's also in Sweden! :)

Real offshore? Like in the ocean long away from anything?

I would really consider your "no price" tag on this one. It's doable for the sweet price of money, but the spending is going to be more than africas GOP alltogerther.

And how long is the plan to keep this thing operational? The ocean is the worst most terrible corrosive enviroment ever known to man. Be prepared for millions a year just in maintenance.
