Yes, they're hard to get in now. According what I've heard, only long-standing users meeting certain requirements qualify for a referral.

Yea, i have been looking for one for a long time, no luck so far.
Also for game trackers, there is a chinese private game tracker, called GameGui, also pretty good.

I suggest you bitgamer as it a great game tracker.
BCG is definitely the ultimate in gaming, but seeing as you wanted into xbox-sky I think bitgamer will suit your needs 10x.
