Pretty much any movie tracker, or 0 day site would give you what you need...

Tokeman is right. Some of them don't even need you to be invited:

Again, pretty much every 0 day tracker will offer you DVDR's, and it will vary which RG's include subs and/or menu's or if the rips are untouched...

If your looking for something open, try torrentbytes.net, they should have Cirque at the very least with spanish subs and menu (dvdr), its on TL and SCC, so it should be there as well

Fakes are rampant at TPB. I'd recommend VerTor.com, an indexer that scans all files for malware, DRM and other undesired stuff.

As long as you don't open up obviously fake file extensions (ie .exe's) and consciously read the comments (when available) you should be fine for the most part on public sites, although that still leaves the possibility of apps being infected (and rampant false positives make it near impossible to tell if a file is clean). Given that you're just looking for movies, you should be fine, apart from the obvious speed issues.

I think you're better off with another, standalone site for subs though.

Edit: Here's a decent list:

Did you look into torrentbytes.net?
The DVD club is also a good tracker, but last I checked, was only invite, not open signups.

TDC opens signups sometimes.

Type the captchas carefully, use a long, complex (upper and lower case characters, numbers and symbols) password, and actually read (or at least click the links to) the FAQ and rules. Then, if they're open, you'll manage to get in.
