The best source of HQ music vids is MVidz, of course.
For FLAC - check out What.CD and Waffles.fm, and maybe you'll lucky enough to get into BTMusic and E****.
tbh I don't know any trackers to get celeb photos, probably Google will help you find out blogs and fan sites :)

I don't think there is any tracker that has photos beyond ocassional wallpaper packs . What would be the point when everything is so readily available by googling.

Music videos: Music-Vids and SilverSeed are the only ones I know. (iLOVENZB, is MvidBits still up?)
Lossless: What and Waffles, the big specialized lossless trackers are hard to get in. Demonoid and Torrents.ru also have lots of FLAC.
Celebrity photos: never felt the need to download this. Google Images perhaps? :P

You need to find an invite. What has the advantage you can take an interview to prove yourself if you don't know anyone that can invite you:

I signed up a while ago just to see what the fuss was all about. It had potential and there were some gems on there. Haven't touched it in ages.

You should upload AT LEAST a ratio of 1:1, some trackers give slack if you have a huge buffer or if you donate regularly.

I tried using its .org URL and was redirected to a CPanel page. A Google search for "mvidbits" doesn't lead me everywhere. I think it's gone. :ermm:

Bestest of them all is to mark the text of your show on any tracker, and then have the "Easy drag to go" addon in firefox , and then drag the text to any direction you choose. And a search for your marked text in your desired site will show up.

Thats the best ever. Mark text and drag that to open it up in another tab you say? Awesome. I have up/google, down/imdb, right/isohunt, left/youtube.

Trading isn't the way to get in trackers... just be more active here and when you get access to the invite areas you can post a request or apply for a giveaway.

Also, check the special forums of the trackers you're currently Power User on, there may be a Waffles staff member offering unlimited invites!
