Is there a way to make a list of files in a directory? With or without additional software I have XP Home??

And where the hell were you when i posted the question in the first place, any excuse is a bad one so don't even try lol :D :D :D You should be here helping us nobs lol :D :D :D

Thank alot :D :D :D This will save me alot of typing

lol...try start>run>cmd

then type cd\

and cd to the correct folder

then type dir/w/o/s c:\list.txt

and the directories will go to the file listed

miss off the /s for no sub directories.
