mp3 volume

I want to make all my mp3 files the same volume,which is best program. Also when i convert to wav to put onto a cd will volume alter again.

When you burn them, you can tick a box in some apps to normalize audio....to make them all sound the same.

There are plenty of "freeware" apps out there, I would start with Google/FileForum and see which one best fits you.
