Well.. I don't mean to be rude, but :
A- I don't think you're the one who opened the thread.
B- He didn't specify any information needs to be given by the applicants.
C- By looking at the posts you can see that the user that was asked to PM the information, didn't post anything in the first time.

It's always a good idea to post a speedtest on the date when you apply for giveaways. A lot of people try to cheat by stealing other people's tests who have fast results.
