I'm thinking to change my site template,so i need some opinions,

This is how the site is looking now.

Personally, I prefer the present (first) one. It is more bright and more attractive to go to rather than the second UDATFL(Unpleasingly Dull at the first look) template :) .

Although in the first one, i would recommend having the copyright text somewhere in the end of the page instead of the top. That is a little annoying somehow. Otherwise, not bad!

Yep, I agree with th rest. The first is so much brighter and a better attention getter.
