Think about it logically, from his point of view. What are the chances that an FTN staff member here is asking for a full unexposed screenshot in the PM's? Quite high. Why should he trust you, then, when you offered no trade, but instead threatened him?

There was once a list here with levels of each tracker, but I have no idea where that went. So, I think you'd need to do some searching. :)
