Luckers. Only now we're starting to have 100Mbs home connections. Will have mine on a couple of months, as soon as I finish contract with the current ISP. 100mbs down / 40 mbs up, capped at 400GB monthly traffic.

HDRoad is a PT but without its own forum only link to MySILU.com. So, you need first to be a member of MySILU before you can be a member of HDRoad.
Both of these two used the same ID.
HDRoad had closed invite indefinitely now. Even the most important festival of Chinese New year,it still didn't open signup.
But they have a recruitment thread for members with a high speed connection.
If you can read some Chinese, that's your chance.
I don't know why you want HDRoad. Especially after you have HDBits.org.
I had most of Chinese HD trackers including HDRoad. HDRoad had some unique stuffs but most famous for their own remux of blu-ray.
As a whole,the speed and contents of torrents can't compare to HDC or CHDBits.
