does anyone know how to work this software, it's call WASTE, its a file sharing software

WASTE is basically an encrypted personal private network. It is very nice, some friends and myself use it on our college t3 line and it is great. It is rather complicated to set up, i suggest you look Here (http://waste.globaldisarray.org/tutorial/) for help.

If you have high speed internet, and know a few other people that do as well, waste is a great tool, and it is totally private.
