Pc Tv-out Card Probs.

I recently installed a nvidia based mx44o chipset driven video pc tv out card, bu t as to this day i am at aloss as how to watch movies on my hard drive on my large screen tv!
any help would be much appreciated.

What does the TV out plug look like? Is it a multi pin plug. or a single plug with a yellow surround?
