An Ukranian-hosted provider, their boxes initially were intended for HD content seeding so you'll have 100GB of HDD space even for the basic option mini1.
With all of their plans you'll have 1GBps UA-IX connection, it's all-Ukranian internal network, still useless for foreign residents unless using UA-based trackers like HDClub or Russian trackers with a good Ukranian members percentage like HDTracker or RuTracker, former Torrents.ru.
With cheaper plans like sx5 & sx10 it's # of users on the server that limits effective speeds due to high HDD load so you won't go higher than 100Mbps.
As for expensive plans you can reach 200-500 Mbps only if you have a lot of thick pipe peers in the swarm.


Estimated upload speeds assume there are a few seeders <3 and many leechers 50+ and moderate HDD usage.
