Rarity is definitely not 5/5 if exchanging for an invite costs about the same as it would to get 10gb upload. I seem to remember recent open signups too.

Correct, I didn't notice that in the first post. There have been several open signups as you mention, also. They only required that you read the FAQ and rules and answer some questions to prove that.

Romanian Metal Torrents aka. RMT is a tracker regarding all Rock and Metal genres. Besides lossy releases RMT has a lot of lossless stuff like packs, complete discographies, DVD and HD videos. Here also it can be found rare materials.
RMT staff is pretty friendly and ratio is easy to keep alive due to freeleeches and bonus points system.
They have a few nice specific graphical themes and emoticons. An interesting feature is video streaming, a page where it can be played some video clips.
