Well you can debate the semantics but it's not really stealing when someone hands over all the details for the a/c, it's more a kind of fraud since he didn't keep up his end of the bargain. It's called scamming :blink:

While this is being taken care of, keep in mind over 90% of anything with "TT" in it at the trade section, usually finishes with someone's account disabled.
TT is a record holder.
