How many people have used xohost

Ive been looking at xohost and autho there dedicated hosting is a bit pricey there shared deals are good has anybody used them before and any ratings?

Their shared does looks "good" but they don't tell you how much torrents you can actually run or how many people share same box, in the end it might be a "bad" deal
this 2 criteria is something you must know before going with shared provider,
