what on earth is this file and what do i do with it. i got hollywood homicide off of suprnova and this file is a rmvb. i've never heard of it. what do i do with it? is it burnable like vcd or what? is it one of those renamable files like people do with mp3's? what is this file?

can you encode this to svcd with tmpgenc? or burn it to vcd or svcd somehow?
